    The invention is used, as an alternative to existing grater, in food preparation (all foods that can be shredded or cut). The invention relates to a tear / cut lid (1) which can be placed on containers (6) of varying diameter. The invention is provided in the middle with a tear / cut surface (the tear / cut area) (2). Around the tear / cut area (2) is an edge (3), characterized in that the underside (4) of the edge, which is the side which contacts the edge of the containers (6), is inclined and thereby forms an angle different from 0 degrees with the tear / cut lid (1) horizontal axis. The underside slopes downwards toward the center of the lid (1). The bevelled underside (4) causes the lid (1) to 'automatically' center on the selected container (6) - regardless of size (within min / max diameter of edge).

    Description
    Field of application of the invention
    The invention is used, as an alternative to existing grater, in the preparation of foods such as vegetables, fruits, nuts and cheese, ie all foods that can be grated or chopped. The invention relates to a tear / cut lid which can be placed on containers of varying diameter - containers such as e.g. bowls, serving bowls, pots and saucepans.
    The prior art
    The known tear / cut lids are constructed in such a way that they only fit a particular container and thus one cannot use the tear / cut lids for other containers. In this way, the known tear / cut lids are not very flexible and also require a special container.
    The known techniques which have been invented so far: '' Greater JP2014113400 (A) '' describes a tear-iron constructed with tear knives at one end and a grip at the other end. The grater is designed in such a way that you can place it on different containers so that it is firm, but you must keep the grip on the grater while the grater is in use.
    '' Kitchen utensil US2015010682 (Al), '' describes a grater, which has a tapered underside equipped with small grating knives. The grater should be used with a juicer and as such not designed for the same purpose as the enclosed invention.
    The known techniques each solve only a few of the functions which are enclosed with the invention. By using the enclosed invention, it has surprisingly been found that it is possible to use the most suitable container for the purpose e.g. pot, serving bowl, storage bowl. At the same time, unlike other known techniques, the edge of the lid ends tightly against the edge of the container. This ensures that only what is torn / cut through the blades comes down into the container and not the '' remnants '', such as for example. experience with regular 'handheld' versions. Furthermore, the tear / cut lid has the advantage that you will not be able to pig as much as in the prior art, as the edge holds back the excess. The inclined underside of the tear / cut lid also causes the lid to always lie firmly on the container, so that you do not have to hold the lid during use, as you would otherwise with other known techniques.
    The new technical means
    The invention, which is a multi-function tear / cut lid, is intended for containers of several sizes. In the middle, the invention is provided with an interchangeable tear / cut surface (the tear / cut area). Around the tear / cut area is an edge, characterized in that the underside of the edge, which is the side which comes into contact with the edge of the containers, is inclined and thereby forms an angle different from 0 degrees with the tear / cut lid horizontal axis. The underside slopes downwards towards the center of the lid. The sloping underside of the edge of the tear / cut lid causes the lid to 'automatically' center on the selected container - regardless of size (within min / max diameter of edge) - and, contrary to if the edge was horizontal, is firmly fixed and not steps around during use.
    The inclined underside of the edge may be formed in several ways. The underside may be straight, curved (convex or concave) or it may be 'stair-shaped' or wavy. The primary and new feature is that the edge slopes downwards towards the center of the lid.
    Is the underside of the edge made of a non-slip material such as e.g. silicone or rubber, it helps the tear / cut lid stand even better in the container.
    The edge of the tear / cut lid can be produced in silicone, rubber, nylon, plastic, melamine and in a combination of these mentioned materials, e.g. a plastic core which is over-molded with silicone or rubber.
    The tear / cut lid is designed in such a way that the tear / cut area can be replaced. You can get razors and cutters in different sizes, thicknesses and variants. The tear / cut area can be provided with few and many small tear blades, from 1 - 10,000 tear blades.
    The tear / cut lid can also be constructed with fixed tear area.
    The top of the edge of the tear / cut lid can, like the underside of the edge, be oblique, flat, concave, convex wavy, 'stair shaped'. The edge is not necessarily symmetrical, but may contain integrated handles or the like that promote the feature - including recesses or the like, which allow for easy replacement of the tear cut area or hole for suspension. The upper side of the edge can also be formed with a further elevation to better retain residues from e.g. vegetables. The tear / cut lid can be circular, oval, triangular, square or many angular.
    The tear / cut lid can have varying diameters, from 5-50 cm. The tear / cut area may also have varying diameters.
    The technical impact
    By using the technique described above, that is, a tear / cut lid where around the tear / cut area (tear / cutter knives) there is an edge, which is characterized by the underside of this edge, which is the side which comes into contact with the edge of the container, is oblique and thereby forms an angle different from 0 degrees with the horizontal axis of the invention, a new and substantially improved function is achieved in relation to already known tear / cut lids. The inclined edge means that the tear / cut lid can be used for different containers with varying diameters. The tear cut-off lid will center in the container and be firmly secured when the invention is in use.
    The object of this invention is to make a tear / cut lid which can be used for different containers having the same or smaller diameter than the tear / cut lid. In this way, the invention makes it possible to tear / cut directly into the most suitable container, easily, quickly and conveniently. When you tear / cut directly into the relevant container, you also save on the dishes.

    FIG. 1, shows the tear / cut cover (1) as seen from the side. It will be seen that the tear / cut cover (1) is provided with a tear / cut area (2) - around this area is an edge (3) having a bottom side (4) which slopes downwards towards the center of the tear. / section cover (1).
